What Your Gift Means

Your donation translates directly to the tools we need to complete our work. For example: $1500 funds the airplane, pilot, staff, and fuel to get S2S's experienced aerial observers off the Gulf Coast to look for marine life impacted by the oil from the BP oil spill crisis.  In addition, $50 buys binoculars, stretchers, or tarps for our field work; $100 provides gas for 1 day of manatee tracking; $500 would provide a stranding/health assessment kit for a developing manatee research program in another country; $3000 allows us to purchase and monitor a satellite radio tag
